Step 3 - Locate the Edit button on the right hand side of each user
Step 4 - Click the Edit button
Step 5 - You will now have an overview of the individual users profile (from here you can customise their permissions )
Step 6 - Locate the password field - and click on this
Step 7 - A new popup window will appear inviting you to enter a new password, and below that re-entry of the same password to confirm a match - and ensure that you have not inputted an incorrect entry above
Please ensure before you change a users password - ESPECIALLY A MOBILE DEVICE USER that they have nothing in their upload queue. If you change their password and they do - this information will NOT return to the office and you WILL lose this information
Step 8 - If the visual indicator turns red - this means that your password is not strong enough - either reenter a stronger password, or click on the little box directly below this:
Step 9 - This little tick box, when activated allows you to bypass the complexity test and input whatever password you choose - please be aware that a weaker password is more easily guessed
Step 10 - With either a stronger password entered, or the complexity bypass selected click on the save button - as shown in the screenshot below:
Step 11 - After you change a password - please notify the user IMMEDIATELY!
If they are logged into a mobile device and their password has been changed they MUST log out and log back in again ( please ensure that there is nothing in their upload queue )
