How to create a Support Ticket

To submit a support ticket, please follow the guide below.


1. In your Fieldmotion, click on Support Module on the left hand panel 




2. This will open a new window. Please click on the Support Icon




3. Scroll to the bottom of the new page and click on Submit a ticket





4. Populate all fields giving as much information as possible, such as job reference number / job ID number etc,  and ensure that you place a tick in both the permission questions ( Numbers 6 & 7 in the below screenshot ) otherwise we will not be able to access your account and test to resolve any reported issues

Should you need to upload any files in support of your ticket, please click on the Attach File. There is a limit to file size, which is 20mb.






Once you have submitted your ticket, you will recieive a reply giving you the ticket reference number.
Your ticket will be reviewed by a member of our support team who will then investigate and respond. Please note that the SLA is 24 hours, so once you have submitted your ticket, please do not raise another ticket in relation to the same issue or call.
