Creating and viewing Customer notes in the app
Please find below details of how to create notes against a specific customer in your Fieldmotion CRM, and how to view these on the mobile application1. Go to the customer module in your Fieldmotion2. Select your customer3. Go to the "Notes" field - located just below Account number4. Click to add a new note5. Type in your note/s6. Scroll to the bottom of this page and click on the "Save" button7. When you create an appointment for this or any client that has notes attached to them, the mobile application user simply selects the appointment8. Scrolls down the specific appointment page, just below "Appointment Notes"9. The notes that have been created in the back office will be visible by the mobile application user.The mobile application user will also have the ability to create additional notes, by simply selecting the "Add Note" box and capturing these details. - they then click the Save button at the bottom of the screen. These captured notes will then be visible in the back office CRM system.This concludes how to create customer notes in the CRM which are then visible to the mobile application user.
