Creating notes in job set-up and reviewing in CRM and APP

Please see below for details of how to add notes when you are creating an appointment, that both office users will see on their monitors and field technicians will see on their mobile devices 


Create your appointment and type into the notes field - then press Save 







When you return to the appointment screen - you can see these notes at any time, simply by clicking on the black icon under the notes header








Any notes that were captured on the appointment creation screen are visible here




Also, when the appointment is complete - you can also view these notes simply by clicking on the VIEW button






and see them in the "notes" section




Field engineers can see appointment notes when they open the appointment to view the details and scroll down to appointment notes a shown in the screenshots below






If nothing appears where notes are supposed to be, it would indicate that notes were not actually recorded when the appointment was created.
