Customer export password

Thank you for your inquiry.

In order to export your customers, please follow the guide below. 

Click on the settings module 

Click on Customer settings


In the Export password section, Remove anything that is prepopulated in the top box, and type in a password of your choice
Underneath that, please re-enter the password.
Finally, press the Save button 



When you visit the customer page, and click on the Export button - it will prompt you to enter your password. 

Please clear anything that appears pre-populated in this field, and enter your newly created password

A CSV file with your customer list will begin downloading and will be visible in the bottom left hand corner of your screen
