Customer portal set-up - an illustrated guide.

NEW FIELDMOTION CUSTOMER PORTAL 




Your client will be asked to populate some details.


 Client ID: is YOUR unique ID - which can be found by hovering over your log-out button at the bottom left of your screen - this will be a numeric 4-5 digit code.



Customer ID is the unique customer number in your Fieldmotion system. This can be located by entering the customer module - and searching for your client and noting the number in the first cell.



Next - if you have not yet created a portal access for the client - whilst in the same screen as above - go to the far right and click on the create button.



Password: clicking on the password button , you can either manually enter your own to supply to your client - or request the system generate one for you



Once Populated press Save

Please now provide the Customer and Client ID and Password to your client - who will now be able to log into the New portal. To further enhance your brand, you can host your own portal from within your own website. To obtain your unique code, scroll to the bottom right of the customer section and click on Portal

A code,



unique to your company will appear. When this has been added to your website - the colour and font will match your own website.
