Exporting customer information from your Fieldmotion system

Firstly , you need to create an export password 


go to 
settings

customer settings - 

create an export password of your choice in the enter field - then reenter it directly below

then press save

now - go to customers module

scroll to the bottom of this page - and select export 

A pop-up window will appear inviting you to enter the export password 

- remove any information that appears to be prepopulated , so the field is blank 

enter in the password you have just created



the export template will download and will appear in the left hand corner of your screen.

From here, you can save this file onto your desktop to upload/ import into another system such as Excel.
