How to reset your password - Back office User

Please follow the instructions below to change your login password.

Please note that these instructions are for those with back office access only.
For Mobile app users, please request a change of password directly from your Office manager.

Back office user - Reset Password

Go to the Fieldmotion homepage https://fieldmotion.com/

Click on the Login button located in the top right hand corner.

 

In the login pop-up window

1. Enter your email
2. Click on Forgot Password. 

 

The following message will then appear asking you to check your email inbox
 

 

The reset password email should appear in your inbox, however if you cannot locate it here, please check your Junk / Spam folder

 

 

3. Click on the link displayed in the email.

 

4. Enter your new password, recomfirming it below, then press Reset

5. Your will now be able to log in using your new password.

 

** Please note that after a password change, if you are logged into your app you will need to open the app and enter the new password in the popup validation box that will appear **
