When safe to do so, ie you do not have any partially completed jobs in your job list, and you do not have any items in the upload queue
Step 1.
Please log out of the Fieldmotion app.
Step 2.
Click on the Settings icon on your Android Device
Step 3.
Click on the Apps option
Step 4.
Click on App Management ( please note that on some Android devices, this may be called something different )
Step 5.
Scroll down through the list of device apps until you locate Fieldmotion and click on this
Step 6.
Click on Storage usage
Step 7.
Click on Clear Cache first, then click on Clear data
Step 8.
Exit the Settings menu, and return to and Open the Fieldmotion app, and log back in again.
Keep Fieldmotion opened and uninterrupted so that it can now syncronise the required files it needs based on your App permissions.
Please note that if you have Job Archives and /or Load Full Customer List you will need to leave your app opened for longer for the sync to conclude.
The arrows in the top right hand corner will flash red after several seconds, and the icon to the left of the arrow will display a numeric value, which will firstly count upwards before counting down to 0.
The numeric value relates to the number of files that the app requires.
If you close the app before it has fully synced the required files, this will sever the sync and this process will start over the next time you open the app.
