How to Export table data contained in a jobsheet

How to export data from a form table

   

1.    Click on Reports Module

2.    Click on Table Data tab

3.    Select the required table from the dropdown list

 

 

 

Once you have selected the required table you can then refine the data displayed on screen by filtering by either

 

1.    Date range of the Job/s

2.    The Department a job was assigned to

3.    The Job ID number

4.    The Job Reference Number

5.    The user allocated to the job

6.    The Customer name or asset name

7.    When the required filters have been applied, press Export Table Data


 

 


If an export map has previously been created for a report on this table, simply click on the dropdown field and select the map name

 

Then press Load

 

And finally press Export CSV
