Jobs returning to device after having been completed
When a user's id is being recorded as active on multiple devices it will cause jobs that have been marked as complete on one device to unmark itself as complete and will return to the device minus any recorded information. This information will not be retrievable.
Below gives you a basic outline of what is actually happening when they have a live log-in on more than one device.
Job is created from the office - sent out to the device/s that are logged in with the specific users ID
The device/s receive the appointment
Appointment is marked as complete on Device 1 and at the same time, Device 2 will display the appointment minus any information captured by Device 1
The appointment leaves Device 1 on its way back to the office - however the appointment will still show as "incomplete" on Device 2, again minus any information captured by Device 1.
As Device 2 still shows the appointment as "incomplete" ( as it physically hasn't had any information entered into it ), it will override the information captured and submitted by Device 1, and information captured on Device 1 will NOT be recorded on the office Fieldmotion system
The only way to ensure this does not happen is to inform all users to only log into one device at any one time
