Updating a customers address on a completed Job report
When you create a job in Fieldmotion, it will retain the customer details exactly as they were in the system at the time the job was created.
If you then change the address of the customer after you have created the job, it will export with the previous customer address.
Please follow the step by step guide below to update the customers address on the Job Report
Step 1.
Locate the customer in the customer module and click on the Address History tab
Step 2.
Click on edit on the correct address
Step 3.
Click on the When field and set this to a date BEFORE the job was created
If the job date was December 11th 2024, then change this date to December 10th 2024 and set a time
Step 4.
then press Save
When you reexport the job report it will include the current address of your customer.
